Stunning transformation. All new flooring, countertops, kitchen cabinets refreshed, window treatments, lighting, ceiling fan and new color scheme brought the feeling of the outside in to this small cottage home with a lovely view of the pond.

INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR REDESIGN
Modern NC Farmhouse Cabin
A transformation of the exterior including new stain, a deck expansion and a complete interior update made this home feel less dated and gave it the “wow-factor.” Industrial piping was added to the interior ladder leading to the loft which was imparitive for the homeowners to access the area safely. A modern farmhouse look on the interior gave it warmth and elevated it, setting it apart from the other homes in the community.
INTERIOR REDESIGN
Manufactured Home Update
New flooring, a lovely white monochromatic color scheme, kitchen remodel, furnishings, fireplace refresh and lighting updated this dated mobile home. A realistic texturized marble look Formica Countertop was just what the kitchen needed to give it the “designer look for less.” The transformed interior in this house became the envy of the neighborhood.

On a micro budget, this home had to be carefully changed using almost exclusively what the homeowner had. Painting the kitchen was necessary to put it on the market, proving priorities are important when staging a home on a very limited budget.
