Dramatic Cottage on a Pond
Stunning transformation. All new flooring, countertops, kitchen cabinets refreshed, window treatments, lighting, ceiling fan and new color scheme brought the feeling of the outside in to this small cottage home with a lovely view of the pond.

Artist’s Retreat
Using the homeowner’s existing furnishings and accessories, decluttering and strategic changes brought about a fast sale. A perfect example of how thoughtful changes could make a real difference in this lovely home.

Budget Home Project

INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR REDESIGN
Modern NC Farmhouse Cabin
A transformation of the exterior including new stain, a deck expansion and a complete interior update made this home feel less dated and gave it the “wow-factor.” Industrial piping was added to the interior ladder leading to the loft which was imparitive for the homeowners to access the area safely. A modern farmhouse look on the interior gave it warmth and elevated it, setting it apart from the other homes in the community.
INTERIOR REDESIGN
Manufactured Home Update
New flooring, a lovely white monochromatic color scheme, kitchen remodel, furnishings, fireplace refresh and lighting updated this dated mobile home. A realistic texturized marble look Formica Countertop was just what the kitchen needed to give it the “designer look for less.” The transformed interior in this house became the envy of the neighborhood.
INTERIOR REDESIGN / REMODEL
Traditional to Contemporary Redesign
This home was ready for a remodel. We transformed the interior will all new paint colors to provide a suitable backdrop for the more modern decor. The kitchen got all new counters, cabinets and some appliances. We moved the sink to be able to enjoy the view and moved the dishwasher to the other side to give more room to be able to move around. The bar was extended 10” to give ample room for additional seating and barstools were added to complete the look and function of the kitchen. The eat in area was dated and needed to be brought up to par with a much more contemporary feel. The den was changed to become a more usable music room and the master bedroom got a needed change as well with a new paint color.

Upscale Home on the Water
Lovely homes like this one on the water are too wonderful to feel cold and lonely without the point of reference that furniture provides. A minimal home staging was beneficial to help buyers see how they could live in the space. This waterfront home was featured on the Lowcountry Live TV Show.

Single Style Upscale Home
As featured on the Lowcountry Live TV Show, this amazing single 2 story home with dramatic shutters had wonderful architectural details but desperately needed at least minimal furnishings to warm up the main spaces. The builder who staged these also staged another home with us in the same neighborhood.
MOVE-IN SET-UP
Coastal Home
Setting up their great room and dining room were the two entertaining spaces our clients chose to save money right after they moved into this home. Stragetically setting up their accessories in the built in’s added to the overall beauty of the home, along with installing their existing rugs and art. A wonderful example of how a small budget can still yield great results.

Budget Condo
On a micro budget, this home had to be carefully changed using almost exclusively what the homeowner had. Painting the kitchen was necessary to put it on the market, proving priorities are important when staging a home on a very limited budget.
